EverHome Healthcare enjoyed visiting a prospective client at Wesley Homes Health Center in Des Moines, WA. This patient was making discharge arrangements to go home and needed 24-hour caregiver support. We hope the plant, welcome home note and visit perked up their day, it certainly did ours! We always appreciate the kindness and warm welcome from Jeannie in Social Services.
