Brenda is certified as a Specialist in Senior Fitness and a Licensed Fitness Trainer. Her passion in working with older adults has given her extensive experience with Parkinson's, Alzheimer's, Osteoporosis, stroke recovery, COPD, and much more. Brenda's expertise focuses largely on post physical therapy with progressive strength development.
